Bernie Sanders is pledging to move forward, but he acknowledged tonight it’s a different moment for his candidacy.

“I look forward to issue-oriented campaigns in the 14 contests to come,” Sanders said in a statement, after congratulating Hillary Clinton on her victories.

Hopefully when Sanders arrives in Indiana tomorrow to campaign for the state’s primary next week, his tone will likely reveal what strategies he would put in place to ensure he makes up for his losses all the while.

In his statement, he declared his intent to stay in the race “until the last vote is cast.” The goal, he said, is to arrive at the Democratic convention in Philadelphia in July “with as many delegates as possible to fight for a progressive party platform.”
